These settings control how the Scanifly 3D (S3D) viewer looks and behaves for your organization's users. They are configured per-reseller and applied automatically whenever one of your users opens the viewer. Unless noted, every toggle defaults to off (the standard Scanifly experience). Turn a setting on only to change the default behavior described below.
Branding
Custom Logo
Replaces the default Scanifly logo in the viewer toolbar with your own. Provide a URL to your logo image. Leave blank to keep the Scanifly logo.
Disable Logo Redirect
By default, clicking the toolbar logo returns the user to their projects list. Turn this on to make the logo non-clickable — useful when the viewer is embedded and you don't want users navigating away.

Hide Back Button
Removes the back button from the viewer navigation bar in Pro Design, keeping users within the current design.
Simple Design Workflow
These settings apply to Simple Design.
Hide Design Compare
Hides the Design Compare tool from the toolbar in Simple Design, which lets users compare multiple design versions side by side.
Hide Finalize Button
Removes the Finalize button from Simple Design. The primary purpose of this button is to generate additional exports in preparation for downstream API integrations.
Hide Utilization Banner
Hides the utilization banner (Offset Percent) shown in the Simple Design overlay.
Make Modules Read-Only
Locks module placement in Simple Design so users cannot change which module is used in the design. Used primarily in conjunction with setting default modules via API when creating the design.
Enable Google 3D on Shade Simulator
Enables the Google 3D imagery layer in the shade simulator.
Disable Lidar for Solar AI
Turns off the Lidar feature within the Solar AI workflow. Lidar can take some time to retrieve, this is intended to help speed up inital load time. Users can still request lidar after Solar AI has completed.
Reports & Downloads
Show Report Download Dropdown
Controls whether the Download Shade Report dropdown appears in the Simple Design toolbar. Defaults to on — turn it off to hide report downloads entirely.
Hide Shade Report from Finalize
Prevents the Finalize design button from creating a shade report. The shade report can take several seconds to generate. Disabling it when no downstream workflow needs it can save that time.
Hide Project Info Report from Simple Design
Removes the Project Info report from the list of downloadable reports in Simple Design. This is a PDF Project Info report, not to be confused with the JSON project info report which is generated on every save, or the CSV project info report which remains available for generation in the exports sidebar.
Screenshots (on Save)
These settings control the images captured when a design is saved.
Disable Default Screenshot
Skips the standard screenshot that is normally captured on save. The standard screenshot is 600x600 and is used as a thumbnail in the Scanifly Portal. This should only be disabled if your users will only interact with designs through the embed inside of your application.
Enable Extra Screenshot
Captures an additional screenshot on save at a custom resolution. Requires both a width and height to be set (see below); if either is missing or invalid, no extra screenshot is taken.
Extra Screenshot Width
Width, in pixels, of the extra screenshot. Only used when Enable Extra Screenshot is on.
Extra Screenshot Height
Height, in pixels, of the extra screenshot. Only used when Enable Extra Screenshot is on.
