Obtaining Azimuth Angles

Use the ruler tool to measure azimuth angles in the 3D mapped environment. Use the ESC key to exit the tool.

The azimuth angles are not accurate unless a location is added to the 3D model. Please see this link to learn how to add location to the 3D model. This only applies if you are uploading a 3D model, not if you are uploading photos to create a 3D model.
